No Dataerai or Jira account is required. Leave the optional name and email fields blank to remain anonymous.
Describe what happened, when and where, and the relevant facts. Avoid details that could identify you.
Reports are stored in a restricted Jira project accessible to the designated reviewer. Jira administrators can change access.
Browser-detail collection is disabled. Atlassian hosts the form and may retain technical service logs; this is not a guarantee of untraceability.
This channel has no anonymous reply mailbox. It is not monitored for emergencies.
